scared I can't breastfeed anyone else?

I am not pregnant yet but when I get pregnant I want to strictly breastfeed. I'm Scared I won't be able to tho. Like I just learnt that nipples are supposed to have bumps around that help breastfeeding I don't have them. I'm a little bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to getting pregnant and breastfeeding.

You are good sweets.  I don’t have bumps on mine & never have.  I have 2 kids & all together have breastfed for about 4 years of my life. I also started out with a barely size (B) when I had my 1st. You’ve got this!! Ask your OB about breastfeeding & they may set you up with some help/classes.  If your hospital offers a new parent class I’d take it. Good luck momma!!!

Don’t worry about it til you cross that bridge. If you’re adamant on breast feeding then just make sure you try your hardest and use all the tools you can to help you succeed at it (like a consultant or something). But just keep in mind that if for whatever reason you can’t breast feed there’s absolutely nothing wrong with formula! Fed is best! I know some moms feel like they failed but your kid will be just fine if that’s the case.

It was not easy for me, but I was intent on breastfeeding my son. I stressed out about it so much, he had the hardest time latching, and every nurse had a difference of opinion on what to do. I hired a breast feeding consultant down the line, and we still struggled. A lot. But we did it! As long as you and baby are willing, you can do it! I eventually gave it up after he got all his teeth, and wouldn't stop biting me. 😅 ouch. This time around, I'm not going to stress as much. I'm going to do both breastfeeding and formula supplement. I learned that if you relax, and don't worry, the baby has a much more successful outcome. Don't kill yourself over it, you will get burnt out so fast. Good luck!

I wouldn’t stress about what you can’t control yet. I had super anxiety about it with my first. Everyone in my family told me that it hurt and it was hard and it’s a lot of work...I was so worried the entire time with my first that I made the decision before he was born that I wouldn’t let it stress me out. If he couldn’t nurse then I’d do formula and that would be that. 
The crazy thing though?
When he was born he knew just what to do already. He auto started breast feeding! It never hurt and we never had complications. 
I ended up selling my 200$ formula kureig and getting some nice nursing bras instead. 🤷🏻‍♀️
It may work perfectly, it may not work, but fed is best and that baby is going to think you’re the most amazing person in the world just for existing.

im not and wasn't worried. it was my first choice, which I am thankful I was able to exclusively breastfeed my daughter.
if for whatever reason I couldn't, I'm thankful I live in a time where there are so many other options, just incase.
try not to worry, there's so much you can try and do to breastfeed.

My sister has had three kids and she couldn’t breastfeed bc she just didn’t produce enough milk.
