What's the earliest your doctor would see you? Mine won't wee me until 8-10 weeks.

Ok so I went to dr today to do urine sample and blood work. Thursday I go back for more blood work to check bhcg levels to make sure hey are increasing at the rt pace. Then I go back in 4wks from today then every 4 weeks there on

I went in today and go in 3 days later since I miscarried a few months ago. Then from there they calculate the soonest possible date to hear the heartbeat and I go in that day. Last time my first appointment wasn't until 11 weeks. I've had friends recently who couldn't get in until 15/16 weeks.

I found out yesterday and called dr today. They made an appt for tomorrow to confirm and maybe blood work if needed.

I went in today to confirm and set an appt for an early ultrasound due to previous mc. However my first real appt won't be until I'm around 11-12 wks. I will have to go in around 8-9 wks for labs and such.

I just called my Obgyn and got shocked. They make everyone come in at 6 weeks to "confirm" the pregnancy and then come back at 8 weeks for the testing. Ummm? Weird?
