csection with toddler

Im in need of major advice my due date is feb 16th so the baby can be here any day. My doctor said im okay for a Vback, but I have a feeling I will need a Csection. I also have a 18 month old and shes a tit baby she always wants to be under me and I only have limited help because my SO works day and night at 2 jobs and my sisters already told me that they werent going to be much help so yall already know Im stressing. So my question is for some of you ladies that had a csection with a toddler at home who didnt have much help how did you go through with that? what was your experience? what advice can you help me with to how I wont get hurt taking care of a newborn and a toddler with a c section. btw my daughter will be at her baby sitters during the day.
