Sharp/Stabbing Pains In Pelvic Area/Lower Stomach

So I was laying on my back in bed relaxing. I went to turn over onto my left side and suddenly got these sharp stabbing pains in my pelvis/lower stomach area. They only lasted about 30 seconds to a minute but it freaked me out. I'm not bleeding or anything. What could it be??

My SO and I had sex a few hours ago if that helps any. I immediately thought maybe he was too rough or hurt my cervix.
