Pregnant

Hello everyone, I have been having unprotected sex almost daily since before April. I believe I miscarried April 19,2017 when I passed a gray clot. It is known to be fetal tissue but I never got tested. I began bleeding heavily after being 14 days late before passing the gray clot about 3 or 4 days later. I am now 8 days late and gave been peeing almost constantly without consumptions of liquids, and last week was nauseous all the time. It has been 5 weeks and 5 days since the beginning of my last period. I am going to test hopefully later today. What is the chances that this is a baby and not a medical issue?
