Going in for an emergency ultrasound in a few hours because of some spotting and high/low blood pressure fluctuations. Asking for any prayers, good vibes, or positive juju you could send my way. We’ve already suffered five miscarriages and this is the farthest we’ve ever made it, so we’re stressing out quite a bit.

**Update - thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. The baby looked perfect. All blood work also looked great. Still not sure what’s causing my blood pressure fluctuations so I will be given a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours. If that comes back fine we will simply monitor and review again if symptoms worsen.
