Sudafed decongestants 14w+4

Ok I’ve always said I wouldn’t but I am really struggling, I have had pregnancy related nasal congestion for a month now and i just want a good nights sleep.. I have tried EVERYTHING and I mean everything that I am allowed to take but I just really need some sleep 😭

I am desperate do you think one will be ok 😭
