Miscarriage at 5 weeks

Me and my partner found out a couple of weeks ago that I was pregnant and we were so excited (it was my first pregnancy). Last night and today I was bleeding heavily with clots and having cramps. The doctor confirmed I was having a miscarriage. I am absolutely devastated and can’t stop crying!! All I can think now is did I do something wrong and part of me wishes I hadn’t found out so early!! We want to start trying again as soon as possible but is it wrong to think that so early?! I really hope next time I’m lucky 🍀
