Cbr cord blood registry : please don't go with them, they seem business minded!

Initially he was patient, and when I mentioned that I am okay with choosin either a cheaper option if its good or go with your option if cbr is good.. So money or price is not the deal breaker here.. And he said " are you planning on bargaining?" Because I just heard you say "cheaper".. I was shocked I mean who talks that way.. And he was in a hurry to just hang up..I have been doing some research and there have been many claims that cbr is only about running their business and making money.. I am not sure what to make of this whole conversation.. Anyone else experienced this with cbr?
