Worried for first ultrasound

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow morning. Should be about 7 weeks. I’m so worried something is going to be wrong. I had a miscarriage in October after having my first ultrasound and realizing the baby had stopped growing. So scared to have same experience again. I know every pregnancy is different and my HCG levels were increasing as expected when they last checked them, but it’s hard not to be afraid.

My husband works out of town during the week so I will be going alone, as I did last time. I don’t know how I can do it again if I get bad news...
