Should i be Upset or No?

I was playing with my husbands privates in a non sexual way. I started caressing them and we were both lauging and he started telling me he didnt want to cause it felt weird. he was laughing with me and im like come on I do. Then he proceeds to tell me" no stop I don't feel anything with you being all fat like" in almost 40 weeks pregnant and I get it he might feel weird but why tell me like that. I dont know if I should be upset or not.
