Advice needed! Am I out?

Okay ladies, I need your opinion!

Last Monday night I got an almost positive opk.. I retested around 6am Tuesday morning and got a peak opk(test darker than control). I tested all day Tuesday and had positives. My husbands work got in the way so OF course the only time we could bd was Wednesday morning at 11am and then later again that night... the only one before that was 5-6 days before.

Be honest, am I out? This was my first month using opks and I wasn’t temping because I was trying to relax after an early miscarriage last month, so I can’t confirm ovulation with temps.
