Cramping with ovulation?

Emma • Mon, Jun 01 • I`m Emma. I`m 23 and happily married to the love of my life. We welcomed a baby boy 5/13/16 by emergency c-section!

I have PCOS and this is my first natural cycle. I have been doing an opk and this morning it showed an lh surge. I'm having very slight cramping. Do women without or with pcos have crampy feelings on ovulation?
