Ovulated for the first time in over a year!!!

I ovulated for the first time in over a year! According to my clearblue Advanced opk. I have PCOS and was put on metformin 10 months ago. This morning my opk was positive!!!! I took premama all but two of the days since my cycle started, went vegan the beginning of January and kept up on my vitamins. Also I’ve been drinking 2 cups of peppermint tea. I don’t know if anything helped me, or if I got lucky, but for those of you who rarely ovulate there is still hope!! We are hoping to start femara or clomid in the next few months, but here’s to hoping we don’t have to!!
