still no AF

I stopped taking BC pills in mid-December, and I still have not gotten a period. I used an ovulation kit this month, and according to That, I ovulated around January 14 or 15. Then i spotted about 6 days after that. I took a pregnancy test 5 days ago and it was negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant still or is my body just taking forever to have a period because of me coming off the pill recently?
