Should I be worried about baby A? The sac looks like its squishing down on him/her and I'm worried that with growth it will restrict fetal growth :/

No reason to worry! Remember, a 2D scan shows only a flat image. When the tec moves around to get a good picture, you can see that the sack is different for each frame. The baby has plenty of room to swim in ☺️

I'm only pregnant with one, but the placenta on my scan looks like it's right on top of him and he's been growing absolutely fine :)
