How do I treat a yeast infection during ovulation?

I got my positive ovulation test a few days ago we bd yesterday and today I looked down there and noticed there was yeast all over the inside of my vagina.. no pain or itching or anything like that I do have monistat but I don’t want to ruin our month trying to conceive. (Btw I did get tested for an infection at the dr on Thursday she said she didn’t see any type of infection under the microscope but she sent tests in and I never got a call back from her so that usually means everything is fine) since there’s no pain should I let it go until fertile week is over? And will it effect me getting pregnant?
