Midwife office

My midwife is the greatest. I absolutely love her. However the front desk lady is very old and racist and yesterday she made a flee of comments to me that were very and I mean very disturbing. So I reached out to the hospital where the office is located unfortunately the midwifery just rent the space there and I have to talk to the office manager. I want to go above management but don't know where to start. I'm also 35 weeks and it's to late for me to change practices.
