Help a chubby girl out!! 🍕 🤰🏻

So I haven’t worked out in like a long time!!! And yes, I’m a bit chubby and definitely not in shape (except round is definitely a shape last time I checked!). I’m finding myself being hungry quite often now and would like to start exercising to try and help ward off more fat!!!

So what I’m asking for is any and all advice about starting to work some exercise into my daily routine that is safe but effective for a female who is about 11 weeks preggo! Pregnant work outs for beginners?!? Idk! Something! I’m starting to get some energy back (more days than not now!) and want to hopefully fill some of my time with exercise!
