Pregnant or birth control??👀⁉️

My birth control ended July . I️ didn’t have a period August-nov 29. Had my period nov 29-dec5...bled again dec 13-16. Got my period dec 27-Jan 3..bled jam 10-13...now it’s Jan 30 and my period hasnt shown...took a pregnancy test yesterday it was negative....I️ haven’t been stressing. Over anything ... is it the birth control still getting out my system? I️ got the shot April 24,2017 meaning it was done July 2017 right??
