My father in law has HIV

long story short.....

my husband and I have been married for 4 years. We have been together for 10 years. about two years ago my husband reconnected with his father whom he hadn't seen or head from in 14 years. The last time he saw his father he was smoking crack out of a lightbulb. He moved cross country, found God, and has been clean 7 years. We live in ATL he lives in Seattle so we haven't seen him in person and I have never met him. If he's clean, I'm happy for him. We are expecting our rainbow baby in June . I have a 10 yr old daughter from a previous relationship. My husband said his father wants to come visit and see the baby as soon as he is born and stay here for about a week or so.. My husband informed me his father does have HIV. I will admit I am very uneducated on HIV but surely it can't be OK to have him exposed to our newborn baby? How do I delicately tell my husband I dont want him here? This is my husbands fist child and he has no family here so I know he just wants to share the joy. Advice please?!?!
