Neuropathy, Diabetes and Pregnancy

I have neuropathy and diabetes. Has anyone on here been pregnant with both? Does the pain from neuropathy get worse? The medications made for neuropathy never helped me plus are not safe if your TTC. My doctor has had me taking 1/2 of a Percocet at bedtime to get me through the night (that's when the pain is the worst). I skip it when I can but usually when I skip it I end up getting up in the middle of the night and take it cause of the pain. I know it's not 100% safe for pregnancy but it is safer then neuropathy medications and I only take 1/2 a pill. I'm not pregnant yet but it's been on my mind if I do get pregnant if I should stop taking it? Keep in mind the pain from neuropathy is horrible, no rude comments please, unless you have neuropathy you really can't understand the pain. I only take 1/2 a pill at night when the pain is unbearable.
