Getting my act together midpregnancy?
So I am 17 weeks and ashamed to say I have been eating like crap. I have not been fueling my body like the baby deserves. I also haven’t done any exercise (aside from the occasional dog walk). I haven’t really gained any weight, maybe about 3 pounds (but I’m overweight to begin with).
My question is- has anyone really pulled it together midpregnancy? Started to eat healthily and add (safe) exercise in? Just disappointed in myself but hoping it’s not “too late” to give my baby what he deserves
