Migraines during pregnancy... Anything work for you??

I’m one of the lucky ones that always got migraines and have prescribed medication for them when I would get one. Now that I’m pregnant, that medication is not safe for me to take. I want to know, of any of you that got migraines during pregnancy, do/did you find anything that worked to either prevent them or treat them?? Would love any tips 💕 thanks in advance!!!!

Essential oils and if that’s not enough, I take Tylenol.

I get them also and my doctor gave me a prescription for fioricet in case I get one.  Usually helps me along with hydrating.

There’s something called migrasoothe, it’s a roll on with essential oils and works very well!

I take Panadeine, which is the Australian version of Tylenol with Codeine - yes, it's safe, even in the first trimester

I would get them almost everyday. I would drink water and most of the time it would help but sometimes it wouldn't, that's when I would take a Tylenol which is perfectly safe :) but if you don't want to take medication I suggest looking up pressure points to stop headaches ! It does help.

I got migraines really bad before I got pregnant and was prescribed mediation and now I’m pregnant I’ve had to stop all medication, I still get them but not as bad and I just need to basically suck it up and take paracetamol as and when which doesn’t touch the edges unfortunately :( thy won’t give me anything else, I’m in the UK x
