After a few years together  kids all that my marraige isnt great things have been awful but we have agreed to give it one more chance if we both put 100% effort into  us. I know there isnt a back story or alot of info but do you think someone can change for the person they love

I could not stay, I have children and their happiness is important to me. I also would not want such a terrible example of a dad, a friend, and a spouse for them. He'd have to go.

Why waste your life being unhappy waiting for him to change?  Find someone you love who will bring you happiness and love your child as their own. Life's too short to waste time on people who cause you to be miserable.

I advice you to pray about it and let God lead you! People do change but only when they want to and ready to. Don't listen to people because they're not in the relationship. People can always make judgements or give advice to others when it's not them who have to deal with the consequences.

People can change if they truly want to.. It doesn't matter what they did in the past.. If they truly want to make it work they will but you shouldn't be naive either after you have set certain boundaries and they are crossed walk away no questions asked.. They must face the consequences even if that means losing you.. It could take that for them to truly evaluate themselves and change on their own..
