Could I be pregnant?

So let me start with my husband and I are ready for a lil one! We’ve been trying for a while now. But nothing has happened. I had been feeling a lil different, so i had decided to check. took a test Negative. Same thing a week later. And this week I went to go get a blood test. Got the results it was negative! But I’m 5days passed my period, my periods usually don’t last long, and I’ve been getting them on time!??? My question could I still be pregnant.🤞
