Parents against relationship

Hey guys I’m in desperate need of advice. So I have been with my boyfriend for a year and a half. We’ve kept it a secret because I have very strict Indian parents and I knew they wouldn’t agree because he is Mexican. From the beginning we were just friends, then became best friends, and we fell I love and my parents found out that I’ve been seeing someone who isn’t Indian. Well long story short, they told me to stop seeing him and I didn’t and now they are so pissed off that they’re cutting me off of their car insurance soon so I won’t be able to drive anywhere. I’ve already packed all of my bags and they’re in my trunk. My question is: what is the best time for me to tell them I’m not coming home? Should I wait for my mom to get off of work so she doesn’t have to leave early in anxiety? Should I wait til they’re about to eat dinner? Should I ask before they’re about to go to bed? And should I tell them I’m living with him?
