Is there any tricks or Tips to makethelp you dilate faster or more. I'm at 2cm and I have a week tomorrow before I get induced. I want my water to break itself with natural ways. I'm in so much pain I can't move at all. I find it hard to even get out of bed cause my hips and legs hurt so bad. I have take warm baths for me to even move around. How far dilated do you have to be for your water to break? mine broke with both of my girls and the doctor said if it's broke before it should again. Anything will help.
