Fish Sauce
So I was wondering if fish sauce was safe during pregnancy. I've been trying to Google it but not much known and not seeing my doctor for 2 more weeks. In past pregnancies I've avoided it or made sure it was only cooked but I like the sauce with the rice plates in Vietnamese rice plates and vermicelli plates. Anyone know?
