4 weeks 3 days. Symptoms worse at night ?

Boobs way more swollen and painful at night. Lower back and cramps worse too. Barely have any symptoms during the day. Anyone able to relate???

I'm the same way. My boobs won't hurt all day unless someone gives me a super big hug. But in the middle of the night I roll over and my boobs ache so I put a pillow under or between to alleviate the pain.

Maybe take a warm bath before you go to bed at night. That would help with the aches and pains. If its too hard to handle take some Tylenol.
