HELP! Baby won’t sleep unless being held!!

I really, really need some advice guys, I’m losing my mind! My daughter is 3 months old and absolutely refuses to sleep unless someone is holding/touching her. It doesn’t matter how deep of a sleep she’s in, as soon as she’s being put down she wakes up and either cries to be held again, or she won’t go back to sleep no matter how tired she is. I’ve tried sneaking her out of my arms, laying her down drowsy, swaddling, letting her lay down and patting her butt to sleep... she just refuses. Please give me some advice! 😭
