BBT question
I want to start monitoring my bbt to monitor my ovulation and just be better aware of my body. I've been reading up on it and I am curious about the "continuous sleep" aspect. I usually get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night but I have always been a light sleeper and wake up several times in the night roll over or something and fall right back asleep. Do you think this will effect the accuracy of my bbt readings?
