PCOS TTC

I’m 24 years old my Fiancé is 27 this year we both be a year older and we decided to start trying to conceive now b4 30 lol I have PCOS I already purchased (premama prenatal gummies and still no luck Doctor told me b4 that I need it help Ovulating I never been to a fertility doctor should I go ? Any at home remedies that you guys recommend? To help ovulate or any med that is actually good to help us with PCOS conceive If you lady’s think I should go to see the Dr pls give me info on how to go abt it cous I have no clue.
