So I’ve had my IUD for a year and some change. I’ve always had an irregular heavy period. And I know with the IUD you get less and less periods, minimal bleeding, in most cases. But now these past few months, every month, I’ve been bleeding, not heavy but light bleeding. For 4-5 days so like a light period. Normal or not? If so, what has your experience been with the IUD if you have bled. Did you let it run it’s 3-5 year course? Or get checked out? Take it out?
