Heart Doppler Suggestions?

When I first found out we were pregnant, I always said I'd just use my bestfriend's Doppler if I wanted to hear the heartbeat, since she only lives like 5 minutes away and she is also currently pregnant.. But ever since I hit my second trimester, I am constantly freaking out about "what ifs", and I now feel like I'd feel much better if I had my own and could hear baby's heartbeat whenever I feel paranoid. So I need suggestions! I really don't see the use in spending a ton of money on one, but at the same time I'd like to know it will be reliable.

I listen to my baby’s heart beat at least every other day, I went to the hospital when I was 5 weeks and they told me I had a subchorionic hemorrhage and said I could possibly miscarry , I didn’t see my sonogram and the hospital and I don’t have a appointment until 2 weeks from now when I’ll be 12 weeks. I bought this at 8 weeks and found baby’s heart beat at 8 weeks 3 days. It was pretty hard at first but I found it! And now I can find it fairly easily. :) oh and it was $40

I see a lot of people are recommending the Sonoline B Doppler.. I purchased one from Amazon when I was around 12 weeks pregnant and was able to find the heartbeat. It took a while the first couple of times, but once you get accustomed to using it and used to the area where the heartbeat is normally found, it gets easier each time. It wasn't that expensive either.. I think I paid between $20-$30 for mine brand new. FYI.. I was diagnosed with a Subchorionic Hemorrhage when I was about 7 weeks and had some spotting and bleeding and baby is still fine and I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy. Somebody on this app suggested a WombMusic Doppler and we got one back when I was 12 weeks. We love it! It works great - we can find our boy every time.

No health professional will recommend a Home Doppler. I’m a Midwife and it took 3 years to get a degree in Midwifery. Do you know what a normal Heart rate is? At what speed would you be worried? What patterns or variations would you detect? Or what if it’s 120 today And 150 tomorrow? What if the baby’s moving when you listen? What if your movements were reduced but you heard a heart rate at 120 and felt reassured. Would you check if it was your own heart rate you could hear? Don’t do it. If you’re worried, contact your hospital or community midwife
