Had 2 dreams in one week! First one was pregnancy and birth and the other one was just pregnancy! Could that be a sign that this is my month???? Currently in my 2ww....has anyone dreamt of pregnancy and actually were? If so I'm nervous having 2 pregnancy dreams could possibly mean 2 babies/twins!
