So the last time I was pregnant I was pregnant on my best friends wedding day if you weeks later I found out that I was pregnant flash forward to almost two years

So the last time I was pregnant was in 2015 and I had my baby in 2016 my friend got married and she thousand and 15 and September and I was pregnant then didn't know it a couple weeks later I tested on September 23 and goons out that I was pregnant, Flash forward to two years today my grandparents will be married for 60 years on February 14 my period is supposed to start next week our family is throwing a 60th anniversary party on the 10th, could this be a sign that I'm going to get pregnant or I will be pregnant is it kind of like a Quinque dique type thing.. i'm just curious to me it seems real I have all the symptoms of being pregnant but it is way too early for me to test especially since my period is not due until the middle of next week... please do not think I am crazy I have just been trying for my second one for more than seven months
