WHAT CAN I DO?

I got a gift from Moschino for Xmas. After about a week of use it started cracking so I wrote to Moschino asking for a replacement because it's actually a faulty product, not cracking because of something I'm doing.

Never got a reply. So I emailed again about 2wks after opening it. No reply. It has now been just over a month and I've written to them 4 times and they just aren't replying to me!!!

They don't have any other contact option other than their online form... what can I do? The cracking is SOO bad now..
