What does your hospital bag look like?

So I’ve been trying to see what size I should pack our things in. The bag I have does not seem like it will be enough for Hubby and I.

My husband and I just packed our own bags. I have all of my stuff jammed into a Vera Bradley Carried Away tote. Baby items in the diaper bag, plus my pump and the breast feeding pillow to stick in the car in case we want/need them. Husband has a duffel with necessities and his backpack with extras. 
We're shooting for a vaginal birth, but could easily convert to c-section, so we tried to pack in stages for either outcome. I don't want to roll up with 14 bags, but I also don't want to worry about not having enough clean underwear and needing to send husband home to get more supplies.

we pack the diaper bag for baby. the hospital provides mostly everything for the baby, so essentially you just want to bring some outfits, baby book, and anything extra you would like to use. for myself I always pack in a large duffel bag. Honestly it’s a huge tote from Victoria’s Secret and it works perfectly. a nursing gown robe set, slippers, SOCKS, chapstick, my birth plan, protein filled snacks, phone charger, camera, toiletries, light makeup, money for the vending machines, insurance/ID, comfy clothes to go home in. hubby usually doesn’t need much and we are close to the hospital, but I still make sure he has a change of clothes, toiletries, charger, snacks, etc.

I have a small suitcase & it's not even entirely packed & I feel like their won't be enough room. Especially between my robe, a pillow and blanket, clothes for me and hubby. There's no more room!
