Dog acting crazy! Help!

I was told my fur baby has slight anxiety - about a year ago. It’s been manageable with running him in the backyard, etc. I found out last week that I am pregnant, and he has been OUT OF CONTROL for the past 2 weeks. Will never leave my side, literally cries outside the door while I’m using the restroom, wakes me up multiple times a night just licking and licking me, has to be on my feet at all times.. CRAZY!

Has anyone else had this issue?

What did you do?

I ordered some all natural little chews for dogs that have melatonin and chamomile to help chill him out but they don’t seem to be working..
