‼️‼️‼️period help please read and answer ‼️‼️‼️

My period is SUPER light this cycle. Usually I have to change my pads like almost 6-10 times because of everything and usually I have to wear a panty liner with a tampon because it over flows. This time it isn’t even enough blood to use a tampon. I haven’t had bad cramps like I usually do. I usually have a lot of blood clots but this time around there’s close to none. It all looks like old blood except once in a while when i wipe. AF was almost 2 weeks late. Should I be concerned or what? Please comment and let me know.
