Anyone know why this happens?

I have rarely gotten sick throughout my entire pregnancy but when i do, i get little red dots all over my face that last for about a week. Anyone know why this is?

If you mean when you throw up you get them they are burst blood capillaries from straining to vomit. I used to get it every time I threw up as a kid
