Is it when the opk lines aren't as strong? A couple days after it starts?

It's best to do bbt charting when taking your opks since ovulation takes places with 12-32 hours after the first positive opk. Bbt charting confirms ovulation after it happens so it's easier to pinpoint when O took place and how many dpo you are. It's also possible to get a pos opk and not ovulate so the bbt helps with that also.
