I always thought the same thing. I always thought his nose looked huge in his ultrasounds but he came out with a normal sized nose haha. Fits his face nicely. So I wouldn’t worry about it. Probably just a little more smooshed inside the womb.

My daughters nose is wide and I don’t think it looks much different from her ultrasound. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a newborn who doesn’t have at least a little bit of a wide nose.

Mine had big schnozes on their 3ds also but came out with cute noses. The water distorts it.
