Am I being crazy!?

Not a Dr. but it looks normal... if you are worried about ask your Dr. they usually call you back if there is a problem. Try not to worry... don’t stress yourself or the baby out! Just love and positive energy!

Noses don't have bones, they have cartilage, since you're 20 weeks there's more skin, tissue, and cartilage then there would be if you were say 14 weeks.

Baby looks beautiful remember babies bones are cartilage and it hardens so it's not actually bone yet
