Im So Scared!

I recently got my very first BFP Sunday!!! after trying for Lord knows how long. 3 surgeries and countless tears and RE appointments. beta was 1000 nurse said numbers were good. Was SUPPOSED To repeat yesterday but ended up with the flu. Im just a nervous wreck because of the ectopic possibilities and I also have this nagging ache to one side that is making me wonder. had anyone had a Laporoscopy and went on to have a healthy egg make it to the womb???
