Days symptoms ease off?

I'm 7 weeks and symptoms have been mild but milder today. I'm a big worrier as I had m/c at 4 weeks last year. Today I don't feel v pregnant but could be worrying over nothing. Even as I type this I have tiny mild cervix twinge and mildest lower back, nipples tender, tight tum

the only symptom I had at first was tender breasts that eased off around 6-7 weeks. my son is 3 weeks old today:)  (fyi if you think your in the clear for morning sickness be aware it could start later, I got mine week 14-16)
