why break the rules and post this anonymously?  it is going to be deleted. that aside, no, I don't think couples should be forced to pass a "test" to see if they are "capable " to have kids. infertility IS an issue, but forcing everyone to pass some test ( and what test are you talking about? is it going to be free? will everyone be forced to have one and pay out their pocket? ). there's unexplained stuff with this post.

No, but that is what you do to become a parent if are adopting or fostering. I think there should be more support for all parents bio otherwise, things like free classes. I also think child development should be a standard part of high school and college curriculum. That would give people more realistic idea of what it is like to care for children. 
I also think birth control should be free and if people want to be sterilized they should be able to that either free or low cost.  That way there will be less unplanned/unwanted pregnancies.

We don’t decide who’s for parents, nature does. We shouldn’t and don’t need to interfere with that. It is so so so arrogant to think we could set the parameters on what makes a good parent
