Does anyone else feel like they are bruised from the inside out from their baby?

I'm currently over 38 weeks pregnant and have never felt so bruised and sore on my stomach. 😣😣

yes!! just on my right side he's killing me. 
I feel like he's going to pull an "alien" and burst out my stomach! and I'm only 33 1/2
