Uncertain father

Hi I found out yesterday that I'm preganant with my third child, however it's it's my first with my long term partner. He's always said if anything happened we would always keep the baby etc but now he's pushing me not to, I'm really confused as I want to keep the baby but I'm scared he will leave me.. What advice do any of you have? He's saying he's not ready ..
